Tortec Tour Rear Pannier Rack

Made from a tough 8mm alloy rod, the Tour’s design includes an offset stay, providing ample support for your panniers. This very popular rear rack incorporates a solid central plate to act as a mudguard. It includes long fitting brackets which offer generous adjustment for a truly universal fit, plus a rear reflector / light plate.
